Το 2ο Συνέδριο της ΕΕΠΟ έγινε το 2010 στο Πανεπιστήμιο Κρήτης στο Ρέθυμνο. Ήταν ένα διεθνές συνέδριο που συνδιοργανώθηκε με το International Initiative for Promoting Political Economy (IIPPE). Το θέμα του συνεδρίου ήταν “Πέρα από την κρίση” ( ‘Beyond the crisis’) και συμμετείχαν πολλοί έλληνες και ξένοι οικονομολόγοι.
