2. You will find in the program that the panel is set up with both Beijing time and GMT. Please check your local time to make sure you won’t miss the panel with your presentation.
3. Please join the Zoom Meeting at least 30 minutes before the panel starts, and double check your network, microphone and camera. We have a very tight two-day program, and don’t expect to get delayed for technical reasons.
4. After you enter the Zoom Meeting, please keep your microphone and camera on all the time, and our administrator will mute you (except for the panel moderator) when it’s not your turn for presentation.
