Please follow the instructions below to get prepared for the Zoom video meeting.

Test your microphone and camera to make sure that they are working well.
If you have difficulty in downloading and installing the Zoom Client for Meetings, you can also join the meeting by clicking ENTER on the top of each plenary or panel program.
2. You will find in the program that the panel is set up with both Beijing time and GMT. Please check your local time to make sure you won’t miss the panel with your presentation.
3. Please join the Zoom Meeting at least 30 minutes before the panel starts, and double check your network, microphone and camera. We have a very tight two-day program, and don’t expect to get delayed for technical reasons.
4. After you enter the Zoom Meeting, please keep your microphone and camera on all the time, and our administrator will mute you (except for the panel moderator) when it’s not your turn for presentation.
5. We provide simultaneous translation for all sessions, choose the channel of your language.
